“I was recently charged with Reckless Driving in Emporia, Virginia.  I had no prior offenses, and I was surprised by the serious possibilities, such as joblessness and jail.  I was driving my personal vehicle, but I am also a commercial driver, with over one year of truck driving experience.  I had prepared for the safest driving, and my skills had been tested.  Sadly, I was driving too fast that day regardless.  The 70 mph speed limit and the 80 mph Reckless Driving law are of concern to me.  I learned about the DIP and RADEP classes through your firm, and my driving has improved!  I hope and pray to remain safe and be courteous to others.  Thank you for all of your help."
